Meet Maggie!

A third-generation cop with a light Irish lilt and the occasional Irish curse when she's frustrated, Maggie is a Skagit County Sheriff's detective following in her father's and grandfather's footsteps.

With her partners Elena Navarro and Sarah Ingram, she solved a murder in Buried Secrets and uncovered fifty years of family secrets in The Cottonwood Children.

What's next? While Justice Waits, coming early 2027. In 1985, rookie detective Maggie and her partner Tommy Doyle investigate the murders of two women. Forty years later, retired but still working cold cases under contract, she finally solves them with help from Elena, Sarah, and new forensic genealogy.
